This chapter lists Barks' comic works in chronological order; the sort order follows the date of the first U.S. publication. This information is normally based on the printing on the cover; you have to consider, however, that Western's comic books were often predated by several months. Thus, you would usually find Christmas stories in the January issue which was on sale at newsstands as early as late November.
