The nephews put curlers on Daisy's dog.

This cover was intended for WDC 110, but it was not published by Western. However, a strongly reduced version can be found on the back of a Western brochure from fall 1949.

The motif (with Donald instead of Daisy) was used by Walt Kelly for the cover of WDC 111.
